NCLF member library patrons use the same library card at any library in Northwest B.C. -- Hazelton, Houston, Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Smithers, Stewart, Terrace -- and check out any item including books, DVDs, CDs and periodicals. (Subject to local lending policies.)
